#### New Training Request

Alert managers with timely notifications when a new training course needs their review. When a new training request needs their approval, the assistant will send a smart notification that includes the details of the training request. Managers can simply follow a link to Cornerstone to approve or reject the request.

#### Training Notifications

Deliver smart notifications to employees when they've been assigned or registered for a training as well as confirmations once the training has been completed. The Training Notification app includes the following notification types:

- A notification to managers, pointing them to a new training request that needs approval
- A notification to employees when they are registered for live or on-demand training
- A notification to congratulate employees for completing their training.
